The German Innovation Award is organized by the German Design Council and recognizes products and solutions from all sectors that differ particularly in terms of user friendliness and added value compared to previous solutions.

"Making innovations visible" – this is the motto of the German Design Council which annually awards the German Innovation Award. The special thing about it is that only companies that have been nominated in advance by the expert bodies and scouts of the German Design Council can participate. Submissions will be evaluated based on criteria such as the level of innovation, user benefit, cost-effectiveness, marketability or technical quality and function. The decision is made by an expert jury, which is made up of top-class experts in Industry, Science, Institutions, and Finance.

The Eschborn company di support has received several awards for the PrintCube®. This had already attracted international attention due to its unique function and design in 2018 and won the coveted Red Dot Award. Additionally, the PrintCube® received its most recent award with the German Design Award 2020 for the product category "Computer and Communication".

In view of the current COVID 19 pandemic, the award ceremony could not take place in the Berlin Museum of Technology. Nevertheless, it is a great honor for di support to receive this prestigious award.
