Winner: State Of Health (SOH) Dashboard – Stromnetz Hamburg
The state of health (SOH) of a battery is an important metric for electric vehicles, as it allows for continuous monitoring of range, ensuring operation, and making maintenance predictable. The results of the work lay the groundwork for the implementation of a dashboard for continuous monitoring of the SOH progression. For the first time, it’s possible to determine the SOH directly based on stored charging pillar measurement data within the IT backend. The analyses are based on the charging data of two different bus models with NMC and LMP technology. The increasing internal resistance emerges as a promising measure. For both examined battery technologies, clear trends can be calculated. For more information, visit www.stromnetz-hamburg.de.
