One formwork system for all concrete parts

The Columns and Shear walls with a concrete surface area of around 16,720 m² were to be constructed with smooth finishing & more formwork repetition. Focus was also placed on, less labour strength as well as complying with all of the required safety parameters.

In order to be able to deal with these challenges, B&B Developers chose the Modular formwork system from PASCHAL. The extensive range of PASCHAL Modular universal formwork panels allows the elements to be combined in many ways. All the geometric structures were therefore produced through efficient arrangement of the formwork panels.

PASCHAL Form Work (India) Pvt. Ltd. provided a total of 84.4 m² of formwork material which was delivered within just 15 days. The corresponding project requirements could be fulfilled by the excellent technical support so that the material could be used for other structures also.

Quality that impresses

The B & B Developers were in search for productive & repetitive formwork for their projects. With clear understanding of the easiness & quality of Paschal Modular system and procured one column set for initial demo to understand PASCHAL modular formwork workability. The B&B team were happy with the modular system versatility and workability as labour productivity had increased significantly as modular system uses single locking system called Key bolt & also the quality of surface finish gives glassy appearance, which is more satisfying compared to their previous workings. The site execution team felt easy to work with Paschal modular system they discussed with management and the management had decided to procure total formwork requirement of that project. Later the same Paschal modular system was being used in their other projects also.
