Designed for a Wide Range of Applications
The available voltage in an enclosure can vary significantly. Therefore, the LED 025 M operates on multi-wide voltage AC/DC ranging from 24 to 240 V (minimum 20V, maximum 265V) and frequencies of 0/50/60 Hertz, consuming 4.5 W. It emits 560 lumens with a beam angle of 120°. The LED 025 M can be used in temperatures from -40 °C to 60 °C and up to 90% relative humidity. Its protection class is IP20/II, making it perfectly suited for use in enclosures, and it is certified according to CE, UKCA, EAC, UL, VDE, CCC, and ROHS.
Light for Safe and Comfortable Work
Insufficient lighting is perhaps the most common reason why cables in control systems are confused or not connected properly. With its glare-free, daylight white illumination at 6,000 – 7,000 K, the LED 025 M creates the ideal conditions for error-free work. It can be switched on as needed via a traditional toggle switch. Additionally, there are versions that automatically turn on and off using motion sensors—perfect for ensuring the light comes on automatically when the enclosure door is opened.
Easy and Quick Installation
Enclosures can vary widely, and so can their mounting options. The LED 025 M comes with a mounting kit for magnetic, screw, and clip installations. Thanks to its internal power supply and the availability of pre-assembled connection and extension cables, the electrical connection is straightforward. Through pass-through wiring, it is also possible to operate up to 10 lights together. Even though installation is quick and easy, it’s always better not to have to replace the lighting. Therefore, the LED 025 M is designed for a lifespan of 60,000 operating hours.
