GROB, a leading provider of innovative manufacturing technologies, will be presenting its various products in the field of digital networking at this year’s AMB. From September 10 to 14, visitors can see for themselves how the specially developed GROB-NET4Industry software is revolutionizing productivity and efficiency in the manufacturing industry.

The GROB-NET4Industry modules enable companies to optimize their production processes and take them to a new level of digital networking. GROB-NET4Industry opens up new possibilities for digital production processes with a variety of functions and apps specifically tailored to the requirements of the manufacturing industry.

GROB4PartFlow

GROB is presenting its newest digitalization solution at the AMB, which was developed specifically to take the manufacturing industry to the next level. The new application’s name is "GROB4PartFlow", and it provides comprehensive part flow documentation along the entire production line, ensuring seamless traceability for each individual component.

GROB4PartFlow main functions

  • Part flow documentation:
This solution enables tracking of every part along the production line in real time. This transparency allows for precise monitoring and quick reaction times for any possible fault. Storage of this data also ensures that the production and quality inspection history of the components can be tracked at a later date.
  • OK/NOK rate analysis options:
GROB4PartFlow provides detailed analysis options for the rate of OK and NOK parts produced at each stations. This facilitates identification of bottlenecks and quality problems so that immediate improvements can be made.
  • Digital fault map:
Faults are systematically recorded and analyzed via the creation of a digital fault map, allowing patterns and frequent sources of error to be identified. This results in continuous process improvement and increases to product quality.

GROB is setting new standards for the manufacturing industry with its new GROB4PartFlow product by significantly improving the efficiency and quality of production processes. Seamless integration of modern technologies allows companies to optimize their production lines and remain competitive.

Digital tool cycle with GROB4TDX

The efficient management of tool data is crucial for precision and efficiency in manufacturing. GROB4TDX enables digital tool data transfer between the presetting device, the machine and storage. Implementation of GROB4TDX allows customers to profit from significant increases to efficiency. This solution minimizes setup times and reduces search and wait times for the tools. This leads to a noticeable increase in productivity. It also enables systematic inventory optimization for machining tools and seamless integration into existing processes, IT structures and data.

Thanks to the integration of CAM, warehouse and ERP systems, initial expenditures can be minimized via the transfer of inventory data. This unique processing platform provides a live inventory overview of the tools and their parameters in the entire plant, prevents duplicate data management and supports both current as well as future processes. The use of log data and learning how to understand the correlations in the data creates a solid foundation for future AI applications.

The right solution for every need

Product classics enjoying years of success such as the mobile phone notification of machine standstill in GROB4Line and the detailed machine analysis in GROB4Analyze will also naturally be presented at the AMB. These trusted and manufacturer-independent systems ensure not only immediate reaction to unexpected breakdowns, but also provide comprehensive machine performance analysis. Continuous use of GROB-NET4Industry products allows GROB to ensure process efficiency and productivity, and also to support continuous improvement of operational processes. This allows the machine manufacturer from Bavaria, Germany, to provide the correct digital solution for every production application, helping to further digitalize and network its customers‘ production.

The presentation of GROB-NET4Industry in Hall 10, Booth B12 at the AMB 2024 gives visitors the opportunity to experience the latest developments in the field of manufacturing technologies and to experience the manifold advantages of digital networking for themselves.
