BSI Life Sciences announces the adoption of its Clinical Trial Management System (BSI CTMS) with integrated eTMF by leading CRO and regulatory service provider LINK Medical.

Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, and with offices in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, among others, LINK Medical has built a strong presence in Europe and beyond. The company provides tailor-made solutions for clinical trials for Pharma and MedTech clients.

By 2023, The LINK Medical management team had several recruiting trials and more than 150 employees located in over six countries. They knew it was time to invest in a state-ofthe-art eClinical platform to streamline day-to-day operations.

“Our company has a reputation of delivering high-quality services to the Life Sciences industry,” says Hedda Magnusson, Director of Clinical Operations at LINK Medical. “To invest in the digitalization of our processes felt like a natural choice to keep up with our standards, strongly embedded in our Nordic corporate culture. This is why we reached out to BSI Life Sciences,” she continues.

BSI CTMS is a leading eClinical solution for expert CROs and Site Management Organizations, as well as Pharma and Medical Device Companies. With over 5,000 studies supported in more than 90 countries, BSI offers an intuitive system with a streamlined interface. Other benefits include:

● A task alert system that allows for better coordination among Clinical Research Assistants and Sponsors
● Pre-defined workflows for the creation and execution of clinical trials
● Optimized regulatory document collection to ensure inspection readiness

“Having BSI’s CTMS as a one-stop platform for all our ongoing studies will definitely be a game changer, eliminating fragmentation across multiple management tools and redundant data entry work,” comments Sharareh Elfversson, also Director of Clinical Operations at LINK Medical. “Besides, the solution by BSI integrates out-of-the-box with our current EDC system, Viedoc Clinical. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of eClinical tool and are very excited for what lies ahead,” she adds.

For BSI’s Community Manager of Life Sciences Jan Nielsen, the collaboration with LINK Medical strengthens BSI Life Sciences’ market presence in the Nordics. “We are proud to 2

welcome this leading CRO as a new customer and look forward to contributing to their continued success and innovation,” he says. “With its excellent reputation as a CRO and regulatory service provider, LINK Medical is a great addition to our network of CTMS users and partners in Scandinavia and beyond,” remarks Nielsen.

LINK Medical is targeted to go live with BSI CTMS and eTMF in August 2024. The company will further benefit from free annual upgrades to the latest product version. They will also receive ongoing, expert technical support, as well as attractive networking opportunities within the BSI’s customer community.
