The financial expert was most recently CFO of the PROCAD Group, a B2B software manufacturer for platform solutions in product/document lifecycle management and Configure, Price, Quote, where he was responsible for several postmerger integrations, among other things. Previously, Tilo Schmalz managed a broad portfolio of investments from start-ups to buyouts with a turnover in the threedigit million euro range at the investment and venture capital firm LEA Partners until 2021. Here, he supported Onventis in increasing its turnover fivefold until 2019. Before moving to the investor side, Schmalz held various international and national roles in the IT industry’s strategy, sales and marketing at Compaq Computer EMEA, Citrix EMEA, and the hightech system house Kayser-Threde.
