The "smart stadium" concept is designed to avoid unnecessarily long queues during breaks and can replace intermediate steps such as topping up a separate credit card. The frustrating search for snacks under time pressure while fighting your way through crowds of people is a thing of the past thanks to mobile ordering. With an intelligent Progressive Web App (PWA), fans can order and pay from the comfort of their seat. Instead of the familiar analogue way, visitors can expect user-friendly processes similar to those familiar from shopping in an online shop. As almost everyone has a smartphone these days, the risk of operating problems or questions when navigating is reduced to a minimum.
Customer focus as the key to success

Another process that significantly improves the fan experience is the Scan & Go system. Equipped with RFID technology, it enables fans to purchase merchandising items without having to queue. When leaving the shop, the products are automatically recognised and billed.

The online shop also offers a wide range of functions, from stock management, pricing, product videos and cross-selling to the creation of customer groups.
