Under the motto "The Art of High Performance Materials", QSIL presents its state-of-the-art solutions made of high-melting and high-temperature-resistant high-performance materials like masterpieces in an art exhibition.
QSIL products made of fused silica, ceramics and metals are of great use for demanding applications in various industrial and business sectors where heat treatment of materials plays a significant role, e.g. for so-called hot zones, heating elements, furnace racks, reactor tubes, riser tubes, transport rollers, linings and protective tubes, sintering boats, load carriers and containers, nozzles, crucibles and crucible holders, heat exchangers or black emitters in high-temperature and drying plants.
Sophisticated production technologies and manufacturing processes combined with decades of expertise in the processing of high-tech materials enable QSIL to meet customised requirements of large companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises equally in the highest quality, from prototype to mass production. This makes this year’s exhibition concept at THERMPROCESS all the more appropriate: QSIL will be presenting engineering art in two senses!
QSIL, headquartered in Ilmenau, Thuringia, is a leading international specialist for refractory and high-temperature resistant high-performance materials – in particular for high-purity quartz and special glass, sophisticated industrial and engineering ceramics as well as extremely resistant refractory metals.
