Over an area of 6000 m2, 150 exhibitors from all over the world will be presenting products and information relating to cannabis as a crop, medicinal plant and plant for recreational use. CannaTrade covers everything relating to hemp, from growing equipment, utensils and smoking accessories to CBD and hemp products, information about hemp for medicinal use, food items, cosmetics, etc.

One core topic at CannaTrade 2023 will be the pilot projects which various Swiss communities and cities are planning or which are already underway. The pilot projects are testing the legalized sale of THC-containing cannabis to recreational users and are thereby leading the way in the planned legalization of cannabis in Switzerland, expected to be implemented over the next few years.

Surrounding Halle 622, the Chill-out Area will entice visitors with the popular Hemp Food Festival featuring food stands from all over the world alongside bars and sounds for chilling out and having fun. There will be some high-calibre DJs on the decks in collaboration with Radio Rabe (Bern), Radio 3fach (Lucerne), Kanal K (Aarau) and Jam-on Zug, with live broadcasts in-between of the podium discussions relating to the current cannabis policy, cannabis for medicinal use and the Swiss Joint Roll Championships.

At CannaTrade, business customers will also have a chance to relax and exchange ideas in the Business Lounge and Swiss CBD producers will also be battling it out again in 2023 in the CannaSwissCup to choose the best CBD grass. Excitement is guaranteed!
