After our successful in-house exhibition comeback in 2022, GROB-WERKE now wants to continue this success with Open House 2023. From March 21 to 24, 2023, numerous visitors can once again look into the halls of our family business. As usual, the entire product range is presented.
From Automation and Electromobility to Machining Technology
The center of the in-house exhibition will again be the Technology and Application Center (TAC) in Hall 9. Interested parties can look forward to an even larger exhibition area in 2023. Numerous highlights from the 4- and 5-axis universal machining center range and exciting live machining of various components await our visitors. The other live exhibits also include the complete range of automation solutions, which stand for even more flexibility with their versatility and individuality. In the area of conventional machining, visitors will be presented a G520F from the F-series family. It was specially designed and developed by the GROB designers for machining lightweight components such as structural frame components and chassis parts, along with battery housings.
In addition, GROB-WERKE will be exhibiting 2nd and 3rd generation hairpin systems for the first time in an exhibition as well as a widening and twisting system, which are required for the production of electric motors. In the area of additive manufacturing, visitors can expect to see a GMP300 liquid metal printing system, which celebrated its outstanding premiere at the Open House in 2022. GROB Service, the New and QualityChecked Used Machines Center and Customer Training are again integrated into the exhibition and present their products. Interested parties can also look forward to numerous exhibition highlights from a wide variety of industries.
Interconnected into the Future with GROB-NET4Industry
The area of digitalization using GROB’s proprietary software GROB-NET4Industry will be presented in detail in a separate area at the 2023 in-house exhibition. The modules of GROB-NET4Industry allow the areas linked directly and indirectly to machining operations to be organized in a way that optimizes the capacity utilization of the top-quality and highprecision machine tools. All areas of production are linked, from production planning, monitoring, and analysis, to visualizing processes during part machining, through to proactive service and maintenance. Among other things, the networking of very diverse machines will be demonstrated live at GROB’s in-house exhibition.
Partner Companies and Tours of the Premises
Traditionally, there will also be an exhibition area for about 60 co-exhibitors and partners who will present their products from the areas of tools, clamping devices, CAM programming, controls and measuring systems, among other things. Exciting factory tours through the GROB production halls round out the program and give visitors a glimpse behind the scene and into the dynamic development of GROB-WERKE.
