This move follows the the STP Group’s announcement in the summer of its takeover of software provider, Advo-web, and consulting firm Hülskötter. By taking over the law firm management specialist Rummel, the legal tech company has given itself an even wider base and as a result can also offer attractive software solutions for widely varying demands to SME law firms.
