Uniplan brings two event specialists on board to further expand its consulting and project management services. "We see a strongly increasing demand from our customers for strategically planned integrated brand experience projects. The staging of topics and products is again possible in direct contact and is complemented and reinforced with digital and hybrid mechanics," says Uniplan Europe CEO Rüdiger Maeßen, explaining the Cologne-based agency’s consistent growth course.

For many years, Gabi Garmatz has held responsible positions in 360° communications and joins Uniplan from the Hamburg agency Faktor 3 Live. In addition to her expertise in analogue, digital and hybrid communication projects, she brings her know-how in systemic organizational consulting and leading agile teams. With Thilo Baumgärtner, Uniplan gains another experienced customer consultant with comprehensive strategic expertise. The literary scholar has many years of consulting experience and uses his expertise in communications and marketing. After several positions at various agencies in southern Germany, he currently comes from Vok Dams. There he was most recently responsible for digital and hybrid projects in events, trade fairs and live communication. "I am excited about the new challenges and am sure that I have found the right environment for fascinating new projects in the dynamically growing Uniplan," Baumgärtner said with conviction.

Garmatz and Baumgärtner are important pillars for further developing the new cross-location and cross-divisional team structure. Uniplan boss Maeßen: "Holistic tasks need specialists from all areas of the agency: project managers from the event area, brand designers from the creation area, architects from the construction area and customer consultants who, as communication specialists, can bring the requirements from marketing and sales into the concept.
