The scope of services essentially includes the maintenance, inspection, servicing and fault clearance of all technical building systems and facilities as part of the operator’s responsibility as well as infrastructural facility management services such as maintenance cleaning, winter services and care of the outdoor facilities. The contract also includes commercial facility management services.
The seven-storey office building was completed in 2008, is almost fully let and has 154 parking spaces. It owes its name to its shape, which is modelled on the human eye. Special features include an open access to an atrium courtyard up to a height of three storeys. The eight-storey TZ multi-storey car park has 1,024 parking spaces on 19,200 m².
