Who is better positioned to report on issues from the diverse automotive world than a company that has been dealing with all its facets every day for almost a century? In the company blog drive!, our author team made up of employees and guest authors deals with everything that is of interest to both the people in the industry and automotive enthusiasts, technology enthusiasts and everyday road users in a mobile society in regular posts written with professional enthusiasm. The authors report on new technologies and products, on our company, the industry, and always provide useful information, tips and advice for everyday life on four wheels.
"We deliberately set up the focus of the corporate blog drive! right from the beginning", explains Aileen Ripper, Marketing Team Leader. However, the interests of our readers became clear over time and we have now developed a focus in terms of topics."
With the "Alternative Drives – What moves us!" article series, which addresses topics such as electromobility and individual fuel alternatives such as hydrogen or e-fuels, drive! discussed a red hot topic in the sector. In addition to technology articles, such as expert discussions on the issue of air-conditioning disinfection, drive! has increasingly focussed on two key topic categories in the last few months: in the future, our blog’s main focus will be on "industry + more" and "technology + products". "We aim to continue to address topics that provide our readers with clear added value and thus create a mix of current industry topics and the connection with our products," says Ripper.
At an early stage, we recognised the potential offered by suppliers of technical products in the new media and deliberately chose a modern communication strategy. In addition to the company blog, facebook therefore also plays an active role in communicating with our customers and interested parties. This channel is also linked to the corporate blog drive! and informs our followers about new blog posts, for example.
